1. About the Service

1.1. AIChar.Store is an online service (web application) that allows users to independently create AI characters (appearance and personality descriptions, communication scenarios, public profiles, avatar uploads) and interact with them via chat. The service also provides the ability to generate images using AI. Access to all functions is provided through a web browser and governed by these Terms of Use.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1. The service offers four subscription levels: Free, Basic, Plus, and Premium.

2.2. Each level provides different features:

  • • Free
  • • Basic
  • • Plus
  • • Premium

2.3. Paid plans become available only after payment confirmation.

2.4. Subscription payments are processed through secure payment services. Prices, feature sets, and subscription terms may change — up-to-date information is published on the website.

2.5. Refunds are available if the Service fails to provide the User with access to the features included in their selected plan.

2.6. For annual subscriptions, refunds are made only for the current and remaining months; the elapsed period is non-refundable.

2.7. Refunds can only be requested through customer support: support@aichar.store or via Telegram bot

3. Age Restrictions

3.1. Use of the service by persons under the age of 16 is prohibited. Accounts of users under 16 are subject to termination.

3.2. Access to NSFW content is allowed only for users over 18 years old, and only after completing an age verification process. Any attempt to access NSFW content by minors will result in account termination.

3.3. Providing false information about age (misrepresenting being 18 or older) is considered a violation and will result in account termination.

4. Prohibited Actions

4.1. The User agrees not to use the service for the following actions (the list is not exhaustive):

  • • using the service by persons under 16 — account restriction or termination;
  • • accessing NSFW content by persons under 18 — account restriction or termination;
  • • deliberately misrepresenting age (under 18) — account restriction or termination;
  • • aggressive behavior, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats — account restriction or termination;
  • • political campaigning or active political propaganda on the platform — account restriction or termination;
  • • creating characters that defame, insult, or degrade the honor or dignity of real individuals or groups; creating content that promotes violence, discrimination, or extremism — account restriction or termination;
  • • creating fake politicians, public figures, impersonating well-known individuals, or attempting to involve characters in real political events — account restriction or termination;
  • • other forms of unfair, provocative, or unlawful behavior (e.g., fraud, attempts to bypass restrictions, distribution of malware, etc.) — account restriction or termination.

4.2. For any of the above violations, the administration reserves the right to immediately restrict or permanently block access to the service without prior notice.

5. Analytics

5.1. To analyze user behavior and improve service quality, AIChar.Store uses, among others, Yandex.Metrica and Google Tag Manager. 5.2. Collected data is processed anonymously and used exclusively for statistical and optimization purposes.

6. Service Updates and Termination

6.1. The administration reserves the right to, at any time:

  • • update, modify, or suspend the service or specific features;
  • • restrict or terminate user access;
  • • change technical compatibility requirements.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1. These Terms of Use may be updated by the administrator at any time. 7.2. The current version of the Terms is published on the website. 7.3. Continued use of the service after publication of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. 7.4. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. AIChar.Store provides a platform for creating and communicating with AI characters and does not control the content of user-generated materials.

8.2. The Administration is not responsible for users’ statements, user-created characters, or any content generated by artificial intelligence, including text, images, and voice messages.

8.3. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or compliance of such content with the User’s expectations.

8.4. The User is solely responsible for the legality of their actions, as well as for the use, publication, and distribution of created or received content.
